Maple Oak Homes has commenced construction on the second phase of The Acorns in Spennymoor, County Durham. The first phase saw 70 new homes developed and sold by joint venture partners, Buccleuch Property and iMpeC Group with Partner Construction delivering the build.
The second phase at the Acorns, which spans a four-acre wide site, was acquired by the Joint Venture in a £9 million deal at the end of 2019. It will provide an additional 38 homes ranging in size from two, three and four bedrooms, with the first houses being available to purchase in summer 2020.
To mark the launch of phase two, Maple Oak Homes will be hosting an open weekend on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January, 2020 from 10am until 4pm. Visitors are asked to arrive at the marketing suite on Dean Lane where members of staff will be on hand to show them around.
