South Lanarkshire’s premier sporting venue, Hamilton Park Racecourse, has introduced a series of new events packages designed to ensure your next conference or corporate dinner is a phenomenal success.
The new packages, created by catering and hospitality partner Sodexo, include options for private events in the Grandstand, exclusive hire of the Parade Ring Marquee and Club Lawn Marquee for dinners or award ceremonies, as well as options for conferences and corporate meetings.
There are 17 recently refurbished suites and over 20 acres of outdoor space available to hire, plus the venue offers complimentary WiFi and parking for up to 1,000 cars.
The latest addition to the racecourse, the 118-room Hampton by Hilton Hamilton Park hotel, now accommodates for guests wishing to stay overnight following a dinner, awards ceremony or celebration.
Sodexo has expanded its Sales and Events team at Hamilton Park, appointing Claire McPike as Sales Manager and bringing with her a wealth of experience. Alongside her catering and hospitality colleagues at the five star accredited venue, Claire ensures exceptional service is delivered, from sourcing the best local produce to designing menus or planning your event from beginning to end.
