Now that we’ve waved off 2010, it’s time to settle in and see what’s in store for 2011.The only things you can count on are death and taxes and, so far, the VAT increase has been and gone and surprisingly, without too much complaint. Looking ahead, we’ve got the Census in March, the Royal Wedding in April (and accompanying tube strike), UK troops are hopefully withdrawing from Iraq in May and, locally, Audit Scotland will print an interim report on the derailed Edinburgh Tram project.
Here at Indigo, we will be expanding the team with some new recruits. You’ll hear more from them soon . In terms of content, you’ll see more comment from us on political, business, national and local news and events and we’ll also have guest bloggers offering their expertise and opinions.
New for The View from EH6 will be a short roundup of who’s made an impression in the media and PR “Highs and Lows” for the week. We’ll continue adding all our latest client news to our Newsroom, will continue expanding our facebook page and will send our first Tweet (fingers croseed!).
We’d love to hear your feedback on anything featured on The View from EH6, you can contact us here. In the meantime, here’s to a successful and interesting 2011 for all!
