What we do

The people in any organisation are its greatest asset but all too often individuals believe that, because they can write and talk, they are effective communicators without that actually being true.

We offer interactive development sessions aimed at all employees, including executives and non-executives, to hone communication skills in a range of fields to achieve a stronger communications performance with colleagues, clients and customers, any stakeholder or peer in the outside world, as well as the media.

No off-the-shelf training packages, we draw from a selection of modules which can then be tailored to suit individual client's needs. We identify the event or situation the client is involved in and shape the module accordingly. This creates training based around real situations that an individual may be facing, giving a genuine dynamic to the development work as well as adding value by testing out solutions in a safe environment.

In addition, post-event, Indigo PiC offers not only a report on each participant's performance to their organisation, which is useful in terms of personal development plans and CPD, but we also set aside one hour for each participant to provide confidential feedback, should they wish it.
