While Indigo can pull together individual modules into one programme to meet your particular needs, we also offer pre-structured programmes that address some of the key issues clients ask for help with. These run for between half a day to two days and range from a basic communications course for individuals through to "Breaking Bad News".

For example, the latter provides interactive training to key members of your company when there is the possibility of having to reveal information about redundancy or poor trading conditions. By planning for such a situation, your business will get through the difficult times in a controlled fashion with minimal risk to reputation or ability to do business in the longer term.

The day is built around a developing real-life scenario, where participants have to make communications plans for revealing the news, then enact them, taking on board the responses that come in from the various audiences they are targeting. It is all filmed so you can see how effectively you manage to break the news and what the likely implications are for your business.
