Fees & Expenses

At Indigo, our transparent invoicing allows you to budget accurately for our services.

We don't charge a retainer fee but offer a fixed daily rate against a given number of hours for each of the services we provide. So you know what you're paying for upfront and for the duration of your agreement with us. There's no scale rate for staff, because we provide the most skilled team - a Virtual Team - to meet your requirements.

We fix the cost and the fee time in advance, whether it's a specific media relations project or a rolling contract for public affairs, a one-off training session or an event to be managed. If we do more work than we have agreed in advance to deliver what we said, there will be no additional costs.

No mark ups or handling charges. When we procure a service on behalf of our client we don't add an additional charge, as others may do, but provide them at cost.

We also charge fixed core costs each month to cover the cost of administering the account. This includes travel to one meeting, monitoring and cuttings service, telephone faxing and administration services.
