Indigo uses virtual teams to support clients. We select different combinations of specialists, in line with client requirements, to build a team that will deliver the communications’ objectives. That team doesn’t change. You’ll get to know them and they’ll get to know your business, your priorities and your objectives.
Your Account Leader will organise monthly contact meetings, activity schedules, timelines and coverage achieved to keep you in the picture. But to be effective, we need to know what is going on within your company. That means we need information to be shared with us, such as business plans, in a timely fashion and to have the right level of involvement and commitment across your senior management to ensure success.
