With Indigo, you don’t just get one contact, you get a whole team!

At the start of our relationship with you. we work out what your requirements are and then build your virtual Indigo team from there.

No “one size fits all” at Indigo, we pick the people we believe will work best with you and for you.  Your team won’t change, so they’ll get to know you and you’ll get to know them, building the optimum working relationship.

We work using monthly activity schedules that allow you to review the previous month’s activity and see what’s coming down the line and timesheets to log the work we do.

Our transparent invoicing system means you can budget accurately for our services.  Whether it’s a specific media relations project or a rolling contract for public affairs, a one-off training session or an event to be managed, we offer a fixed daily rate for the team and budget on that basis. 

No retainers.

Set up against a given number of hours per month or per project for the services we provide, we work to deliver against that.

A fixed core costs each month cover administering your account including travel to the monthly meeting, monitoring and cuttings service, telephone, faxing and research. Additional costs are only incurred with your say-so.

Once the budget is set and agreed, we invoice monthly. If you use Indigo, all is clear, no surprises…
